यूनिवर्सिटी ग्रांट्स कमीशन (UGC) ने हाल ही में भारत में काम कर रहे 32 फर्जी विश्वविद्यालयों की सूची जारी की है। इस सूची में दिल्ली सबसे ऊपर है, जहां कुल 12 फर्जी विश्वविद्यालय पाए गए हैं। इसके बाद उत्तर प्रदेश 4 विश्वविद्यालयों के साथ दूसरे स्थान पर है। इसके अलावा पश्चिम बंगाल, केरल, महाराष्ट्र, पुदुचेरी, आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, झारखंड और अरुणाचल प्रदेश में भी फर्जी विश्वविद्यालय सक्रिय पाए गए हैं। UGC की यह चेतावनी छात्रों और अभिभावकों के लिए एक गंभीर अलर्ट है।
राज्यों के अनुसार फर्जी विश्वविद्यालयों की संख्या
सूची के अनुसार दिल्ली में कुल 12 फर्जी विश्वविद्यालय शामिल हैं, जिनमें प्रमुख हैं – World Peace of United Nations University (WPUNU), Institute of Management and Engineering, All India Institute of Public and Physical Health Sciences (AIIPHS) State Government University, Commercial University Limited, United Nations University, Vocational University, ADR-Centric Juridical University, Indian Institute of Science and Engineering, Vishwakarma Open University for Self-Employment, Spiritual University, National Institute of Management Solutions और Mountain Institute of Management and Technology।
उत्तर प्रदेश में 4 फर्जी विश्वविद्यालय हैं – Gandhi Hindi Vidyapeeth, Prayagraj; Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose University (Open University), Aligarh; Indian Council of Education, Lucknow; Mahamaya Technical University, Noida।
अन्य राज्यों में फर्जी विश्वविद्यालयों की स्थिति
आंध्र प्रदेश में Christ New Testament Deemed University, Guntur और Bible Open University of India, Visakhapatnam हैं। कर्नाटक में All India Education Centre, Tumkur और Global Human Peace University, Bengaluru, केरल में International Islamic University of Prophetic Medicine (IIUPM), Kozhikode और St. John’s University, महाराष्ट्र में Raja Arabic University, Nagpur और National Backward Agricultural University, Solapur, पुदुचेरी में Usha Lutchhumanan College of Education और Sri Bodhi Academy of Higher Education, राजस्थान में Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, Bhiwadi, झारखंड में Daksha University (Vocational and Life Skill Education), Ranchi, अरुणाचल प्रदेश में Indian Institute of Alternative Medicine और हरियाणा में Magic and Art University, Faridabad शामिल हैं।
छात्रों और अभिभावकों के लिए चेतावनी
UGC ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इन फर्जी विश्वविद्यालयों से जारी डिग्री मान्य नहीं हैं। यदि कोई छात्र इन विश्वविद्यालयों से शिक्षा प्राप्त करता है, तो उसका शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्र वैध नहीं होगा और यह रोजगार या उच्च शिक्षा में बाधा उत्पन्न कर सकता है। छात्रों और अभिभावकों से अपील की गई है कि वे विश्वविद्यालय के मान्यता प्रमाणपत्र की जांच अवश्य करें और किसी भी अनधिकृत संस्थान में प्रवेश न लें। शिक्षा जगत में गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने और छात्रों को गुमराह होने से बचाने के लिए यह कदम बेहद जरूरी माना जा रहा है।
